One of the most successful comedians the country ever produced, Norman Wisdom was a man of many talents, most of which he managed to introduce into his films. One relatively unseen talent was song writing, with Norman co-writing his biggest hit 'Don't Laugh At Me', a number three hit in 1954.
Norman got to sing in a number of his films, most notably Trouble In Store, which featured 'Don't Laugh At Me', which often prompted calls from fans for an album's worth of material. After his film career had effectively come to an end, Norman recorded and released an album, featuring updated versions of his hits and covers of some of his favourite tunes. This album is the result.
